I began my real estate career as an investor in 2000 and was licensed with Re/Max in 2003. I have been licensed throughout the majority of my career with large brokerages and teams. In 2018 after 15 years in the business, I decided to leave the larger brokerage concept obtain my brokers license and open my own brokerage. I purchased a NextHome franchise which is one of the fastest growing real estate franchises in the country for small to mid-size brokerages and was named the #1 Real Estate Franchise in 2020! NextHome is a consumer centric company and provides the technology that consumers want and is not about building huge real estate brokerages with high overhead and antiquated technology. I wanted to offer my clients a more personalized one on one service while still giving them the same high end marketing with professional photography, drone footage and same website IDX forwarding for listings. Now I can focus one on one with my clients so they don't feel like they are not getting personalized services as they should be receiving. I am a Howard County native & currently reside in Kent Island and I service all of the counties surrounding the Baltimore Metropolitan area including Howard, Anne Arundel, Carroll, Frederick, and Calvert counties as well as the Eastern Shore of Maryland to include Ocean City.

When evaluating properties, I draw upon my knowledge as a long-time real estate investor and my construction background. This extra insight helps my clients understand home values and possible renovation improvements. Additionally, I have a close working relationship with contractors in every aspect of construction and can provide clients with quality referrals.  

After six years of successfully operating my NextHome franchise and 22 years in the real estate industry, I have now opened an independent brokerage/ Maryland Residential Realty which serves clients on both sides of the Chesapeake Bay. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and indulging in my love for camping, fishing and boating on the picturesque Chesapeake Bay and in the beautiful Florida Keys!
